Fego is a bit of a Bucks institution.

It gets an awful lot of Instagram coverage (especially on my account) and is my go-to for brunch.
After getting back from France, Chez, Amy and I headed straight down to fill up on carbs.

Pash 'n' Shoot Smoothie: Passionfruit, mango, pineapple and orange juice.
The best thing about their smoothies is that they're not full of yoghurt rubbish which ruins smoothies as far as I'm concerned.

Banana Split Milkshake: I always get this. Fresh bananas, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. All of their milkshakes are great but this is the best. Just don't drink it all before your food arrives or you will be full!

Chez opted for the All American Pancake Stack: Fluffy pancakes, a fried egg, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes and maple syrup.

If your order comes with bacon, ask for it crispy.

Smoked salmon croissant with avocado and tzatziki sauce.

And I went for the usual 'Fego Benedict' with crispy bacon...

...and a side of fries, just to keep things healthy.

I really love Fego. I go at least once a month and as I said, it's my go-to when I'm hungry.
The service is not the best. It used to be very quick but has gone down over the past year or so, so be prepared to wait a while to have your order taken and pay. Otherwise the food does come really quickly and it's worth the wait.
If you go at around 11-12 on the weekends I'd recommend booking (details here). They have caffes in Ascot, Gerrards Cross, Marlow, Sunningdale, Cobham and St John's Wood.
